The Pack Den

A while later Eclipse returned looking tired. "You picked a good spot Reika. Theres a nice stream nearby and the water is cool and fresh." He sat back down happy that they had found a den at last.

Reika smiled. "Thanks Eclipse." She replied. She stretched and got up again. "Im gonna go search for flat stones.... Im fond of them." She said walking towards the river.

Eclipse fell asleep pretty quickly as he was sure no one is going to bother them.

Reika sat next to the river and jumped in, pawing at the ground looking for smooth stones. She picked one up with her teeth after going underwater and she examined it when she put it on land.




She decided to keep it and dug a small hole, putting it in there and searchign for some more.

Commet came out of the den and sat on a rock outside.... "and now i'm stuck on gaurd doodie." he said. "no your not we are." Pheonix said to him.

Reika tipped her head as she saw something attatch itself to her paw. She reached down and gingerly grabbed it. She gasped. "Its my birthstone....." She whispered. She picked it up gingerly after putting it on the ground and washed it off, picking her other river stone up and walking towards the den.

Commet sat outside the den continuasly sniffing the air. "hey I think I see someone!" Pheonix barked. Pheonix was sitting on one of the sitting stones on top of the den. "really?" commet asked as he looked up. "well hello miss." He said bowning. (he is very polite man I forgot to put that in his bio)

Reika dipped her head back politely. "Hello." She said, droping the stone and the necklace. "Can somebody help put thsi on me?" She asked.

Eclipse emerged from the den and he stretched in the dying sun. He looked around quickly to check everything was ok and without saying a word he walked off to the river to have a drink.

Pheonix walked to the back of the den and fell asleep.

Eclipse returned silently. He walked slowly but confidently inside the den and he sat in a way so he could look out.

Commet went outside the den to sunbath.

Eclipse looked out the den looking and waiting for danger to come.

Commet siffed they air to see if there was any danger.

Eclipse looked over to comet. "You smell anything?" he asked.

commet look at eclipse "no only deer nothing elts" he said.

"Hmmm shame, I'm kinda looking forward to digging my claws into something. Patience... the time will come it always does. I mean trouble seems to follow me as it does my brother."

"as does me my friend." Commet said. "however that is why my gaurd is always up" He said sniffing they air again.

"Did you hear the nickname some wolves from the old pack gave me?" Eclipse smiled at what he was thinking.

'I would love to hear it." Commet said to Eclipse smiling.

"Pack-splitter. Ok yes I did cause the collapse of the second one but the first one was my brother." Eclipse smiled to himself, "I kinda like it. It inspires fear, and you know me, i like it when wolves run in terror."

'haha yea" Commet said smiling. "Hey mind if I join?" Pheonix asked staning behind Eclipse.

"Yeah sure, if you want. We were just talking." Eclipse shuffled to the side to let Phoenix through.

"ok." Pheonix said. She laid down next to Commet. "so you want to hear Commet's nick name?"she said. "what nick name?" Commet asked. "you know the one Silver used to call you." she said. "nope can't remember" he said. "oh well never mind then I'll let him tell you when he remembers" she told Eclipse

"It must of been good if you've blocked it out of your memory." He pulled a face at Comet before focusing his eyes back on the surrounding undergrowth.
